Dr. Brent Burnette is a board-certified Internal Medicine physician and gastroenterologist with over 15 years of experience providing advanced, evidence-based medical care in Las Vegas. Originally from New Orleans, Louisiana, he earned his undergraduate degree from Hampton University before receiving his medical degree from Meharry Medical College. He completed his Internal Medicine residency at Ochsner Health System in New Orleans and went on to complete his fellowship in Gastroenterology at the University of Virginia.

Since joining Gastroenterology Associates in 2009, Dr. Burnette has become a managing partner and previously served as Medical Director of the Ambulatory Surgical Center of Southern Nevada. Throughout his career, he has remained committed to delivering exceptional patient care while maintaining the highest standards of patient safety and clinical excellence.
