Brent Burnette, MD

Dr. Brent Burnette is a board-certified Internal Medicine physician and gastroenterologist with over 15 years of experience providing advanced, evidence-based medical care in Las Vegas. Originally from New Orleans, Louisiana, he earned his undergraduate degree from Hampton University before receiving his medical degree from Meharry Medical College. He completed his Internal Medicine residency at Ochsner Health System in New Orleans and went on to complete his fellowship in Gastroenterology at the University of Virginia.

Since joining Gastroenterology Associates in 2009, Dr. Burnette has become a managing partner and previously served as Medical Director of the Ambulatory Surgical Center of Southern Nevada. Throughout his career, he has remained committed to delivering exceptional patient care while maintaining the highest standards of patient safety and clinical excellence. In recognition of his dedication to medicine, he has been consistently recognized as a Top Doctor in Nevada by multiple organizations, including Castle Connolly, one of the nation’s most respected physician rating organizations.

Inspired by his passion for preventative medicine and whole-body wellness, Dr. Burnette founded evo-wellness and med spa to bridge the gap between traditional healthcare and modern aesthetic medicine. His philosophy is centered on optimizing health from the inside out—combining physician-led wellness, longevity medicine, regenerative therapies, and advanced aesthetics to help patients look, feel, and perform at their best.

Dr. Burnette has a special interest in metabolic health, gut health, longevity medicine, peptide therapy, and evidence-based therapies that promote healthy aging while reducing unnecessary reliance on medications whenever appropriate. He believes that the safest and most beautiful aesthetic outcomes begin with a strong foundation of overall health, meticulous medical oversight, and individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique goals.

An active member of the American Gastroenterological Association, Dr. Burnette has served as Nevada’s AGA PAC Advocate since 2017, representing physicians and patients on Capitol Hill to advance healthcare policy and improve access to quality medical care.

Gina Quijano, BSN, RN
Master Injector

Gina Quijano is a highly sought-after Master Injector with over 15 years of experience in aesthetic medicine, bringing her advanced expertise and artistic approach from Chicago to Las Vegas. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee and began her career specializing in plastic surgery, where she developed a meticulous eye for natural, elegant results.

In addition to her leadership at evo-wellness and med spa, Gina continues to serve patients in Chicago at her own aesthetic practice, GQ Aesthetics. Her extensive clinical background in the Cardiac ICU and Recovery Room complements her aesthetic expertise, allowing her to provide safe, comprehensive, and personalized care.

Known for creating refined, naturally enhanced results, Gina combines advanced injection techniques with a commitment to helping every patient look refreshed, confident, and authentically themselves. She is currently pursuing her Nurse Practitioner degree while continuing to expand her expertise in aesthetic medicine.

Her background as an aesthetic nurse injector further enhances her ability to provide natural, confidence-inspiring results through personalized aesthetic treatments.

Tiffany Smith, BSN, RN brings a distinctive, wellness-centered approach to aesthetic medicine, beginning with her Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Sciences from the University of Arizona. Her education in nutrition provides a deep understanding of the connection between overall health, skin quality, aging, and long-term wellness—an approach that complements her philosophy of achieving beauty from the inside out. She later earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Roseman University, combining her passion for wellness with advanced clinical training.

Prior to specializing in aesthetics, Tiffany gained extensive experience in the Emergency Department and Trauma Surgical Intensive Care Unit, where she developed exceptional clinical judgment, precision, and a steadfast commitment to patient safety. Today, she integrates her backgrounds in nutrition, critical care, and aesthetic medicine to create personalized, evidence-based treatment plans that deliver natural, refined, and confidence-enhancing results.

With over a decade of experience in advanced aesthetics, laser medicine, and luxury patient care, Feralene Orpilla combines clinical expertise with an artist’s eye to help patients achieve healthy, radiant skin and lasting confidence. Her extensive experience includes advanced laser treatments, RF microneedling, corrective chemical peels, skin rejuvenation, and medical-grade skincare, allowing her to create personalized treatment plans that deliver exceptional, natural-looking results.

In addition to her expertise in medical aesthetics, Feralene is an accomplished professional makeup artist whose work has included high-profile celebrities, red carpet events, television productions, fashion runways, and editorial publications such as Vogue, Cosmopolitan, and Harper’s Bazaar. This unique artistic background enhances her appreciation for facial balance, symmetry, and beauty, allowing her to create highly individualized aesthetic treatment plans.
