She later earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Roseman University, combining her passion for wellness with advanced clinical training.

Prior to specializing in aesthetics, Tiffany gained extensive experience in the Emergency Department and Trauma Surgical Intensive Care Unit, where she developed exceptional clinical judgment, precision, and a steadfast commitment to patient safety. Dr. Brent Burnette is a board-certified Internal Medicine physician and gastroenterologist with over 15 years of experience providing advanced, evidence-based medical care in Las Vegas. Originally from New Orleans, Louisiana, he earned his undergraduate degree from Hampton University before receiving his medical degree from Meharry Medical College. He completed his Internal Medicine residency at Ochsner Health System in New Orleans and went on to complete his fellowship in Gastroenterology at the University of Virginia.

Since joining Gastroenterology Associates in 2009, Dr. Burnette has become a managing partner and previously served as Medical Director of the Ambulatory Surgical Center of Southern Nevada. Throughout his career, he has remained committed to delivering exceptional patient care while maintaining the highest standards of patient safety and clinical excellence. In recognition of his dedication to medicine, he has been consistently recognized as a Top Doctor in Nevada by multiple organizations, including Castle Connolly, one of the nation’s most respected physician rating organizations.

Inspired by his passion for preventative medicine and whole-body wellness, Dr. Burnette founded evo-wellness and med spa to bridge the gap between traditional healthcare and modern aesthetic medicine.
